Corrections Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

Ebservant aims to be accurate, and we want to fix mistakes when we find them. This page explains what counts as an error, how to report one and what the Ebservant Editorial Team does next.

What counts as an error

  • Wrong specifications.
  • Outdated prices or discontinued models.
  • Broken links.
  • Wording that is unclear or could mislead a reader.

How to report one

Email editorial@ebservant.com. Please include the page address and a short description of what is wrong. If you have a link to the manufacturer’s page that shows the right information, add it.

What we do after a report

  • We check the claim against manufacturer information.
  • If the report is right, we fix the page.
  • For significant corrections, we note the change on the page.

We read every report, but we can’t promise a specific timeline for each fix.

Our commitment

We would rather be corrected than be wrong. Ebservant is built from manufacturer specifications, public product information and aggregated buyer feedback. We don’t test products ourselves, so reader reports are one of the most useful ways to catch a mistake. Every guide is reviewed by the team before it is published, yet errors can still slip through.

Prices and availability

Prices and availability change often, and they are set by the store. Because of that, a price on Ebservant can be out of date. The store’s own page is the final source for what you will pay.
